Vintage-Redefined.com Return Policy:
All unworn and unaltered merchandise with tags attached will gladly be accepted for exchange or for online store credit within 10 days from the date of purchase. Shoes must be returned in their original box without damage to the box. Items returned with makeup, deodorant or other stains will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you therefore incurring additional shipping costs.
Items that cannot be returned include: clearance items, antiques/found objects, furniture, paint, plants, food, beauty products, jewelry, belts, and gift cards.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping and handling fees of the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We suggest sending items back via UPS or Fed Ex along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include a copy in the box with the returned items. Please allow up to five business days for your return to be processed.

Once your return is received, you will then be issued an in-store credit for the cost of the original item. This does not include shipping costs.
If you choose to return your online item to our Muskegon location, it must be done within 10 days from the date of purchase and you must have your online receipt. Store credit will then be issued at that location instead of online.
Items purchased in-person at Vintage Redefined in Muskegon may not be returned online. Only orders placed online are subject to the 10 day return policy.

Vintage Redefined Muskegon In-Store Return Policy:
Vintage Redefined accepts exchanges only within 15 days of purchase. In-store credit will be issued if you are unable to exchange. All items must be unworn and in original condition, having all tags attached.
All sales final on clearance, antiques/found objects, furniture, paint, plants, food, and beauty products.
In Store Pick Up Option:
If in store pick-ups are placed by 4 PM T-F your order will be ready for pick up the following day at 11:30 AM. Please note any store pick-up orders placed after 4 PM on Friday will not be available until the following Wednesday. Exclusions may apply on holidays.
